Acrescente os outros ingredientes, menos a farinha. Misture bem e vá acrescentando a farinha aos poucos, sovando até que a massa se solte das mãos. Divida a massa em dois e abra cada parte com um rolo. Coloque o recheio e feche, moldando os pães. Coloque em assadeira untada, cubra com um pano e deixe descansar por 30 minutos a 1 hora. Cubra com um plástico e deixe descansar enquanto prepara o recheio. Divida a massa em 8 partes iguais, faça uma bola com cada parte e abra com o rolo. Coloque um pouco de recheio em cada uma e junte as pontas, fechando como uma trouxinha. Coloque na parte de cima de uma panela para cozimento no vapor e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 25 minutos. Sirva quente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SUGESTÃO DE RECHEIO: &lt;br /&gt;. 3 cenouras raladas&lt;br /&gt;. 1/3 de um repolho pequeno, bem picadinho&lt;br /&gt;. 2 colheres (sopa) de cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;. 3 colheres (sopa) de shoyu&lt;br /&gt;. 1 colher (chá) de erva-doce&lt;br /&gt;. sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogue a cebola e a erva-doce em um pouco de óleo. Descasque e pique o chuchu, também e fatias, e cozinhe em pouca água, com sal e 1 pitadinha de erva-doce. Misture, em um prato fundo, os ovos batidos, o manjericão e a pimenta. Reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Parta as batatas em rodelas e tempere com sal. Arrume-as no fundo de uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada (coloque apenas metade das batatas), em seguida coloque as outras verduras, despeje a metade dos ovos por cima, espalhando, cubra com o restante das batatas e finalmente despeje o resto dos ovos. Bata o arroz no processador e acrescente o açúcar, sal, margarina, e o leite com fermento, misturando bem. Vá acrescentando a farinha aos poucos, amassando com as mãos. A massa ficará úmida e pegajosa. Deixe crescer por cerca de 1 hora, até dobrar de volume. Faça pãezinhos e arrume-os em uma forma para pão de forma, untada. Embrulhe-a em papel alumínio e coloque em uma assadeira. Coloque os dentes de alho, a pimenta, o tempero pronto, um pouco de sal e encha-a com 1 litro a 1 litro e meio de água, dependendo do tamanho da moranga. Tampe e leve ao forno até ficar macia, o que leva cerca de 2 horas. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Retire a moranga do forno e, com a ajuda de uma concha, retire o caldo que está dentro. Raspe a polpa com cuidado, sem furar a moranga. Bata no liquidificador junto com o caldo e reserve.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Refogue o alho-poró em um pouco de óleo, junte o tomate picado e o alecrim. Acrescente a abobrinha, o creme de moranga e acerte o sal. Separadamente, misture a margarina em 2 xícaras de farinha. Acrescente o fermento dissolvido, os ovos, sal, alecrim e vá colocando aos poucos o restante da farinha, até a massa se soltar das mãos. Se precisar, acrescente mais farinha. Cubra com um pano e deixe crescer até dobrar de tamanho. Divida a massa em 4 partes. Faça 4 rolos, junte dois e faça um torcido. Faça a mesma coisa com os outros rolos. Coloque em assadeira untada e deixe crescer por mais 30 minutos. É ótimo para ser usado em sopas, feijão, conservas e pratos com batatas.
